Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday – Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding U.S. Post Office holidays: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Processing begins once payment is accepted.
Estimated Time of Arrival
Delivery time depends on your location and the selected shipping method. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, shipping times may vary due to carrier delays beyond our control.

Important Notes:
- Orders placed after the cutoff time: 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time) will be processed on the next business day.
- Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. If you do not see the email, please check your spam folder.
- Personalized or modified orders may require additional processing time depending on customization complexity.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, or internationally.
- We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
Order Tracking
After processing, you will receive an email notification with order tracking details. Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is unavailable, the carrier may not have processed your parcel yet. Tracking updates will appear once scanned.
If your order has exceeded the estimated delivery date, please contact us for assistance.
Incorrect Address Policy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If an address is incorrect or missing details, we may contact you for updates, which could delay processing.
- Orders delivered to the wrong address due to customer error are non-refundable.
- Returned orders are sent to our shipping partner’s warehouses and may be disposed of.
- A re-shipping fee applies to orders returned due to incorrect addresses.
- We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your package after it leaves our warehouse.
